We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Network Strategist to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our Dynamic Yield Growth function, you will play a critical role in driving the realization of the Synergy business case of Dynamic Yield with a particular focus on the Network distribution channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Dynamic Yield, managing product development, enabling sales, scaling solutions at the global level, and coordinating efforts in collaboration with other business lines.
- Coordinate with the Dynamic Yield product and growth team to expand the existing DY Network value proposition, including implementation delivery models, capacity plans, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build business cases and guarantee P&L consistency for DY Services product bundles/packages.
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to seek opportunities for product enhancement.
- Work with Mastercard D&S network Sales and account managers globally to identify new business opportunities across all regions.
- Participate and support business development initiatives to win new DY projects.
- Assist in crafting customer value propositions in partnership with the network Sales team and regional D&S stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate delivery and roll-out of Personalization programs within new and existing regions, collaborating with DY program leads, marketing department, and regional stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams and foster collaboration, communication, and efficient workflow among team members.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing communications ensuring expectations are met, and providing quick and effective solutions to challenges arising during client interactions.
- Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum and proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to ensure smooth project progression.
- Create and manage strong and effective cooperation with DY Product Team to ensure client needs are appropriately identified and met.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned to enable DY Product continuous improvement.
- Proven team player with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Strong presence and communication skills – both interpersonal and written.
- Consultancy background is a definite plus, as well as knowledge of multi-channel marketing (email, mobile, web) and content personalization strategies.
- Comfortable with significant complex stakeholders' environment interaction and interest in building relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent client management and engagement management skills; collaborate well across multiple communication channels.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required, and analytics capabilities.
- Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Professional-level English language capability is mandatory.
