About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist to join our team at Michael Page International Italia S.R.L. as a key member of our technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our institutional software applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Technical Support**: Provide first- and second-level technical support for institutional software applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software and user errors.
  • **Integration and Development**: Develop and implement integration processes, create automated and customized workflows, and build SQL Triggers and Stored Procedures as needed.
  • **Change Management**: Develop and implement change requests based on business and department needs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • **Reporting and Analytics**: Evaluate and develop reporting requirements for administrative offices, creating and managing API processes for data extraction and mining.
  • **Documentation and Training**: Create and maintain technical documentation, participate in the implementation and support of new systems, and contribute to improving services and solutions in relation to the general CRM strategy and information systems.
Requirements
  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent in digital certificates.
  • **Experience**: At least 3 years' proven work experience in a similar role with industry information systems, including Microsoft SharePoint, Business Central, Learning Management Systems, ERPs, and CRMs.
  • **Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to engage in independent study of solutions to problems, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and ability to work with large data sets.
  • **Language**: Advanced written and spoken English, with the ability to hold conversations with native speakers.
  • **Soft Skills**: Demonstrated ability to work across cultures, value differences, and have an inclusive approach.
