Account Manager Torino

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Torino and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and developing assigned clients, achieving sales revenue and margin targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the assigned client portfolio through intense relational presidium, vis-a-vis and telephone contact.
  • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of clients to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate proactively with other departments to manage existing client requests.
New Business Development:
  • Acquire new business through intense scouting activity on assigned prospect lists.
  • Pursue all phases of negotiation from needs collection to opportunity closure.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to develop new commercial opportunities.
  • Prioritize sales objectives in agreement with the Area Sales Manager.
Requirements and Competencies:
  • Degree or diploma.
  • Prior experience in commercial roles is preferred.
  • Strong assertiveness.
  • Proactivity, dynamism, and team spirit.
  • Relational and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility and entrepreneurship.
  • Digital skills.
  • Residence in Torino and surrounding areas.
