Job Title: Junior Quality Engineer

Job Description:

This role provides Quality Engineering support with the aim of continuously improving process and product quality and reliability.

The job holder will collaborate with the Kerr Italia Quality Engineer to provide technical support to manufacturing processes and process validation in pursuit of enhancing material, product, or process quality and reliability.

The job's duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities.
  2. Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Engineering or equivalent and at least 6 months of quality engineering experience within the medical technology industry or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Knowledge in GMPs/ISO and skills in technical writing, drawing interpretations, and failure analysis.

Job Requirements:

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical reports.

Fluent in English and Italian.

Sound knowledge of ISO 13485/GMP requirements.

Good prioritizing, organization, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Able to work in a high-demanding environment in a matrix organization.
