Main Responsibilities:
• Data entry and management in company systems.
• Administrative support and organization.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers for document management and communication.
• Maintain and archive documentation.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of English language a plus.
• Previous experience in back office or administrative roles beneficial.
• Problem solving skills and proactive approach to crisis management.
• Organized and detail-oriented work approach.

• Full-time daily schedule from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
