Area Sales Manager Ach
Job Description:About the Job:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the German-speaking countries and Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Your primary focus will be on expanding our presence in these markets and achieving revenue and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned countries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, working closely with the sales team to achieve commercial goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial policies and segment strategies for each market.
Participate in trade fairs and events, representing the company and promoting our products.
Requirements:
Relevant education in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, Ag Tech, Horticulture, or equivalent through experience.
At least 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in industrial automation systems for fresh produce or food processing.
Fluent German and Italian, with professional command of English; other European languages are an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
