Job Description:

As a Sales Territory Manager at Soilmec SpA, you will be responsible for managing direct and indirect sales within a given geographical area with the objective of reaching area targets. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain relationships with current customers, constantly monitoring their satisfaction, including periodic visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales management in defining sales policies and actions for the development of the target market
• Carry out the drafting of the sales budget, coordinating with the Manager
• Conduct competitor analysis, evaluating commercial initiatives to increase turnover
• Manage the area of responsibility directly, ensuring the achievement of sales and margin targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, management, mechanical) or technical diploma
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the position in the industrial machinery and/or earthmoving sector
• Knowledge of commercial contracts and usual international forms of payment appreciated
• Willingness to travel frequently within the relevant territory
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Mastery of the Office package
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to analyze context and problem solving
