Main Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance.
- Oversee and manage office inventory.
- Maintain and organize company documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule both internal and external meetings.
- Ensure efficient office organization and filing systems.
- Handle invoicing and order processing.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SoftOne ERP is a plus.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
- Exceptional time management capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Friendly demeanor and courteous attitude.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.
