Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Bureau Veritas. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities for a large-scale solar power plant in Greece.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities for the solar power plant.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance and inspection schedules to ensure the reliable operation of the plant's electrical systems.
  • Liaise with the project management team, electrical contractors, and grid operators to ensure seamless integration of the solar plant into the local transmission grid.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Maintain detailed records of electrical system performance, inspections, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports, electrical system performance data, and any other required documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Professional certification or license in electrical engineering or supervision, preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage the electrical team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools for electrical system design, monitoring, and data analysis.
