Job Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of Solar PV plants, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to ensure accurate project specifications and requirements.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
  4. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
  6. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, adjusting as needed.
  7. Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
  8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  9. Issue Resolution: Proactively address issues that may arise during construction to minimize project delays.

Requirements:

  1. Education: BS in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in the construction of Solar PV plants.
  3. Project Management: Experience in construction project management is a must.
  4. Communication Skills: Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
  5. Presentation Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to give persuasive presentations.
