Descrizione del ruolo

La risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione del sistema di qualità e sicurezza alimentare dell'azienda in conformità alle normative vigenti ed agli standard previsti;
  • Gestione audit interni, audit di certificazione (BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, HALAL) e audit di clienti con conseguente verifica della corretta chiusura di eventuali non conformità;
  • Conduzione di audit periodici ai fornitori per garantire la conformità agli standard;
  • Redazione ed aggiornamento dei piani HACCP, istruzioni operative, reportistica di stabilimento e procedure di qualità;
  • Formazione ed aggiornamento del personale sul protocollo HACCP, igiene e sicurezza alimentare e Food Safety Culture;
  • Definizione KPI e del piano di controllo di materie prime, prodotti finiti ed imballi;
  • Supervisione di un team nel controllo qualità di processo e nella gestione reclami.
Requisiti del candidato

Il profilo ricercato deve possedere i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari;
  • Conoscenza sistemi di gestione della qualità e certificazioni quali BRC, IFS, FSS 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che orale almeno a livello B2;
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni.
