Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the field force in all Italian territory and digital sales activities by channel (partners, comparators).

Main Responsibilities
  • Territorial Analysis: Identify strategic territorial areas based on research and data insights to optimize our sales strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate internal and external stakeholders' requests, including sales managers, agents, and partners, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Retail Channel Activation: Support the organization of retail channel activation and activities on field, including agencies' stores opening, local events with agents, and other initiatives.
  • Business Development Support: Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop joint communication activities with partners and drive business growth.
  • Product Launches: Define, stimulate, and coordinate field and agencies activities during product launches, ensuring a successful market entry.
  • Training and Support: Provide training materials and regular updates to the sales force about new products, promotions, deals, and other important information.
  • Agency Management: Scout and manage BTL agencies, when needed, to ensure high-quality execution of our marketing initiatives.
  • BTL Activities: Coordinate all BTL activities in cooperation with the Brand & ATL team, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Sponsorship Activation: Support the operations related to the activation of sponsorship on a local level, including events and activations.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or marketing industry.
  • Skills: Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, good use of Office tools and programs, and a good level of English.
