Job Summary

As a Senior Corporate Governance Specialist at 0896 Deutsche Bank Società per Azioni, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Bank's compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance policies. Your expertise will be essential in organizing meetings, drafting minutes, and updating the Bank's By-laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings of the Supervisory Board and Management Board, ensuring timely preparation and distribution of relevant materials.
  • Shareholders' Meetings: Manage the organization of Shareholders' Meetings, including preparation of agendas and supporting documentation.
  • By-laws Management: Update and amend the Bank's By-laws, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Corporate Governance: Contribute to the definition and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures, including drafting relevant documents.
  • Compliance: Ensure the Bank's compliance with applicable supervisory requirements, including regulatory reporting and disclosure.
Requirements
  • Education: Law degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in major banks and/or prominent international law firms, with a track record in bank corporate governance.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with the Top Management of the Bank and the Parent Company.
  • Work Style: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently and as part of a team.
