Descrizione del Ruolo

Il Project Manager Marina è un professionista che si occupa della gestione degli impianti, delle macchine e delle attrezzature strumentali alla realizzazione di un'opera a mare.

Le principali responsabilità del Project Manager Marina includono:

  • Assicurare lo start-up e l'esercizio degli impianti;
  • Garantire la regolarità amministrativa e l'applicazione delle normative di riferimento del settore;
  • Supervisionare l'avanzamento e lo sviluppo di specifici progetti aziendali assegnati;
  • Raggiungere i KPI di performance aziendali;
  • Rispettare i cronoprogrammi di riferimento;
  • Effettuare lo smobilizzo degli impianti.

Il Project Manager Marina collabora con la Direzione di Cantiere per definire le metodologie di lavoro, le tecnologie e gli allestimenti specifici necessari per l'esecuzione dei lavori.

Le principali attività di competenza del Project Manager Marina includono:

  • Predisporre e aggiornare gli elenchi di macchinari ed attrezzature in uso al cantiere;
  • Predisporre il budget per le attività di competenza;
  • Collaborare con gli specialisti di prodotto HQ per la definizione delle specifiche tecniche propedeutiche all'emissione delle Richieste di Acquisto;
  • Emettere Richieste di Acquisto per quanto di propria competenza;
  • Collaborare con gli specialisti di prodotto HQ per la predisposizione delle raccomandazioni tecniche utili per l'assegnazione delle diverse forniture di macchine, impianti ed attrezzatura;
  • Predisporre layout di cantierizzazione sulla base dei lavori previsti;
  • Coordinare la progettazione degli impianti del cantiere;
  • Assolvere al ruolo di Unità Responsabile dell'Impianto elettrico – URI;
  • Supervisionare il corretto svolgimento delle attività manutentive e dei controlli periodici;
  • Curare l'archivio documentale dei natanti, del macchinario e degli impianti;
  • Garantire l'esercizio del macchinario, dei natanti, e dell'impiantistica temporanea nel rispetto della normativa vigente.

Il Project Manager Marina deve avere una laurea in Ingegneria e conoscenza tecnica multidisciplinare in ambito di macchine e natanti.

È richiesta anche una conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Office e della lingua inglese.

La proattività e la leadership sono anche requisiti fondamentali per questo ruolo.
