Our platform empowers sales teams with the tools they need to succeed, from quote generation to contract management. We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on leader to expand Apparound's brand presence in the market, generate new qualified leads, and increase revenue.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to oversee our digital marketing and communications activities. This role will focus on driving demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partner marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure continuous lead generation and nurturing, and work with the product marketing team to align branding and product vision with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Oversee all marketing activities, including demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partner marketing efforts.
    • Lead implementation of end-to-end campaigns that execute on go-to-market plans.
    • Monitor and measure pipeline health status, focusing on raw leads, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, conversion rates, and conversion cost at each stage of the funnel.
  • Brand Management
    • Lead on brand and identity-related efforts.
    • Own look and feel and content of key areas of the website, especially home page, solution pages, conversion-oriented landing pages.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B software marketing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the B2B software industry or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and event planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge and experience of the current sales software marketplace, such as CRMs, ERP, and CPQ systems.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
