**Deliver Exceptional HR Support**
As an HR Analyst I at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a critical role in providing first-line support for all HR queries across the employee lifecycle. This includes:
- Managing employee-related administration for HR processes, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
- Handling employee inquiries in the Case Management system, prioritizing customer satisfaction and adhering to service level agreements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, resources, manuals, and policies for assigned countries, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
- Providing HR support in accordance with local employment legislation, ensuring a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities, upholding the highest standards of governance.
- Supporting the local HR group with ad-hoc requests, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Participating in business/functional projects as required, driving process improvements and contributing to the company's growth.
- Responsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data, adhering to data protection requirements and maintaining confidentiality.
**Key Requirements and Qualifications**
- Shared service experience with expertise in ticketing systems, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources programs, practices, and regulations/legal requirements, demonstrating a solid foundation in HR principles.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results, showcasing exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive approach, fostering a collaborative work environment and excellent customer care.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse work environment, delivering clear and concise messages.
- Good listening skills and perseverance to work with all types of employees, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Good organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Process improvement skills (desirable but not crucial), demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience with Time & Attendance and absence management systems is an advantage, showcasing technical expertise.
- Experience with HR database platforms (Workday) is a plus, highlighting proficiency in HR technology.
- Proficiency in English is desirable, ensuring effective communication with global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, demonstrating a strong foundation in productivity tools.
