We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Special Process Expert to join our team at our Savigliano site in Italy.

As a Special Process Expert, you will be responsible for coordinating the industrial control of special processes during the tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, and warranty. You will define and validate the detailed manufacturing process for new products, perform industrial documentation, and set manufacturing method times.

In the serial phase, you will drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes. You will also participate in meetings and working groups of the SP network and Standards committee, and propose improvement ideas and evolution of business rules.

To be successful in this role, you will need an engineering degree in process engineering, mechanical, electrical, or chemical, and training and qualification by a third party for special processes if necessary. You will also need 2 to 5 years of experience in the industrial field and practice in the special process in question from 2 to 5 years.
