About the Role

The Road Logistics Sales Representative is a key position within the Road Logistics Function at Kuehne+Nagel. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing tailored solutions and services to meet their road logistics needs
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
  • Manage data and information to support customer engagement and retention strategies

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian language skills, with good English communication skills a strong advantage
  • University degree in a business-related field
  • Experience in sales and customer service
