Dolce & Gabbana seeks a talented Graphic Designer to join its Content Factory department in Milan. The ideal candidate will be part of the Graphic Design team, responsible for creating high-quality templates and graphic layouts that meet the brand's guidelines and global marketing direction.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop graphic designs for various formats, including invitation cards, e-cards, packaging, brochures, press kits, and display decorations.
  • Ensure accurate creation of graphic formats that respond to specific needs, adapting to internal stakeholders' requests and business requirements.
  • Directly deliver or lead the post-production phase of photographic contents, based on brief guidelines.
  • Coordinate photo-shootings from a technical perspective, managing digital briefings, pre-selection, and image management.

Key requirements and competencies:

  • Previous working experience in Graphic Design departments, ideally 3-5 years in Creative Agencies or Fashion/Luxury brands.
  • Strong knowledge of print media and related artwork deliveries.
  • Excellent mastery of graphic design software, including Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect), and AI knowledge.
  • Digital media knowledge, including social, website, e-commerce, and UX/UI, is a plus.
  • Freehand drawing is a plus.
  • Team working skills and ability to work independently with excellent work-flow organization.
  • Multitasking on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stress management and ability to work against tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal). Any additional languages are considered a plus.
