Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Epu Manager to join our team in Savigliano. As a key member of our Production organization, you will be responsible for leading the Elementary Production Unit (EPU) and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to Supply Chain set up and Quality plan validation
- Responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary)
- Responsible for the industrial process and Hand-over from PME to manufacturing
- Responsible for APSYS (Lean Manufacturing) deployment preparation and operators training
- Finalize manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU
- Manage the complete scope of manufacturing activities within the EPU, including task assignment to operators and intermediate Handover
- Track SQCD performance for the activity in the EPU and contribute to continuous improvement
- Manage issues and contribute to corrective action
- Profound knowledge of Special Processes
- Working knowledge of Industrial Management Processes, Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, and Configuration & Change Management
- Basic awareness of Automation / Robotization, Greenfield/Brownfield Development, Site Facilities & Maintenance, and Transfer of Technology
- Profound knowledge of Team Management, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations, and Lean Management tools
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain/Quality processes and impact from manufacturing on them
