Descrizione del Lavoro

Il Product Specialist di Norgine Italia è un professionista che lavora al fianco della nostra azienda per promuovere e sviluppare i nostri prodotti sanitari innovativi. La tua missione sarà quella di informare e supportare gli operatori sanitari nella zona di competenza, fornendo loro informazioni scientifiche e tecniche sui nostri prodotti.

Compiti Principali
  • Visita regolarmente il target assegnato per promuovere i nostri prodotti e fornire informazioni scientifiche;
  • Redigere rapporti di visita e connettersi quotidianamente per garantire la copertura del target;
  • Mantenere aggiornato lo schedario Medici e effettuare analisi mensili sulla attività nella propria zona;
  • Sviluppare e gestire account plan per PLENVU e ANGUSTA, in base al progetto di Key Account Management;
  • Partecipare attivamente ai corsi Aziendali di aggiornamento scientifico;
Requisiti
  • Laurea in accordo all'art 122 comma 2 del D.Lgs 219/2006 e/o esperienza in analogo ruolo maturata da prima del 1992;
  • Preparazione scientifica, professionalità e capacità organizzative/gestionali;
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi informatici;
  • Capacità di mettere in pratica le tecniche comunicazionali e di comportamento apprese durante i corsi di formazione;
  • Entusiasmo, senso di responsabilità, flessibilità e motivazione al lavoro;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team;
  • Assertività;
  • Atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dell'Azienda e dei colleghi;
