Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Oversee internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure seamless project execution Guarantee timely delivery of all projects, adhering to scope and budget constraints Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility Manage resource allocation and availability Create a comprehensive project plan to track and monitor progress Implement changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate validation methods Evaluate project performance through suitable tools and techniques Provide updates and escalate issues to management as necessary Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders Establish and sustain partnerships with external vendors Develop and maintain thorough project documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and Jira Strong technical foundation with knowledge and/or practical experience in software development and web technologies Capable of managing the complete planning cycle for large-scale projects Proficient in reporting at all levels, assisting project teams to enhance the quality and clarity of reporting artifacts Experience in scaling Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for larger projects with multiple parallel teams and deliverables Ability to advise technical stakeholders on engineering best practices Exceptional communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions Strong organizational abilities, including attention to detail and multitasking Native Italian speaker with fluent English proficiency
