Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Services Support Specialist to join our team at the IMA Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our company's construction sites, from procurement to project completion.

Under the supervision of our site manager, you will oversee the activities on assigned construction sites and plants, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Managing site documentation, including drawings and layouts, using CAD software
  • Liaising with suppliers, construction companies, and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in the construction industry or on building sites
  • Proficiency in Autocad software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
