Job Overview
This role ensures safe and efficient inbound and outbound flight operations at our facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all pre and post-flight checks and activities are completed in accordance with operational, security, and safety policies.
- Aircraft Load Planning and monitoring.
- Departure delays coding and communication with relevant teams.
- Preparing reports for staff-level managers.
- Troubleshooting operational problems to develop effective solutions.
- Collaborating with other operations teams to address concerns and delays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Accurate and rapid data entry skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
