Jefferson Wells is a leading consulting firm specializing in the search and selection of professionals operating in the field of Senior and Executive Management.

We are currently seeking a Product Trainer to join our team in the Parma area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training solutions within their designated area to both internal and external audiences using various delivery methods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering product technical training sessions in line with internal and external customer requirements
  • Monitoring and ensuring continuous improvement of training sessions' quality
  • Supporting the design of Technical Training documentation in accordance with customer and internal employees' training demands
  • Supporting the creation and design of training modules to support FSE Training Path
  • Supporting the creation and design of Competence Audits content and related questionnaires
  • Supporting the configuration and update of machineries included in Training Lab (where applicable)
  • Developing advanced knowledge in their product/technology area
  • Mentoring junior trainers
  • Making travel arrangements in cooperation with the reference Training Assistant
  • Delivering digital training via remote sessions
