Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Door Attendant to provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction. As a Door Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the entrance, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
* Open and hold doors for guests in a polite and courteous manner, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
* Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings, ensuring their comfort and convenience
* Provide information and directions to guests about hotel facilities and local attractions, showcasing your knowledge and expertise
* Monitor and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities, maintaining a safe and secure environment
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area, upholding high standards of quality and attention to detail

Requirements:

* Prior experience as a Door Attendant or in a similar role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Good physical fitness and a presentable appearance, with a strong commitment to maintaining a professional image
* Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible and adaptable approach
* Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
