We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our accounting operations in Italy. The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination;

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • At least 4 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a leadership role;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws;
