Job Summary

The Luxury Goods Outlet S.r.l is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Floor Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing sales floor merchandise in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, open, unpack, and issue sales floor merchandise to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Replenish the shop floor with merchandise and assist sales staff in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Take inventory and examine merchandise to identify items that need to be reordered or replenished.
  • Assist in putting stock away in the stockroom.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a stock-related or retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift, carry, kneel, reach, and bend to fulfill the physical demands of the role.
  • Strong team player mentality and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for the luxury fashion industry.
  • Fluency in English.

Work Environment

This is a part-time, fixed-term position with a flexible schedule. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
