Job Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Store Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the people management of retail stores employees, consulting with line management, and providing guidance on HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the people management of retail stores employees;
  • Consult and align with line management on HR matters;
  • Collect and analyze requests from area managers, store coordinators, and retail stores general business;
  • Supervise the impacts on people during corporate reorganizations, mergers, or possible dismantling;
  • Use HR information systems for hiring, terminations, and onboarding processes;
  • Monitor and control staff numbers and positions, making analysis and providing solutions for budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or Business Administration;
  • Specializing master in Human Resources is a strength;
  • 4-6 years of experience in large-scale retail trade or structured companies;
  • Proven knowledge and hard skills in people management;
  • Master of national collective bargaining employment contract and its applications;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong attitude towards people, creating relationships;
  • Confident speaker;
  • Proactive and self-organized;
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous knowledge of HR ATS platforms, with Workday as a plus;
  • Strong methodologies for analyzing and assessing data and reports.
