We are looking for a creative and experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced environments driven by innovation and design. As our ideal candidate, you will collaborate with a design-savvy team to develop overall concepts.

The successful candidate will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position, promoting Jeaneka and our valued clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:

  1. Determine the most effective visual representation of ideas or concepts, ensuring alignment with project briefs and managing ideation, generating clean ideas.
  2. Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
  3. Create sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize concepts.
  4. Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience requirements.
  5. Collaborate with and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, set and exhibit designers, or other design staff.
  6. Review and approve amended designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members.
  7. Deliver projects from concept to final execution within deadlines.
  8. Provide detailed estimations.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Art Director.
  2. Deep knowledge of mobile and web app design patterns and UX best practices.
  3. Knowledge of the entire product development process, from idea generation and research to detailed UI and interaction design.
  4. Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design are highly valued.
  5. Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UX/UI and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  6. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  7. Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
  8. Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
  9. Relevant education or training.
  10. Knowledge of Agile framework and product management tools (Asana, Jira, ...) is highly valued.
  11. Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate research findings into tangible solutions or design opportunities and influence product or business strategy through research.
  12. Clear growth mindset, looking for opportunities to learn and motivated to approach challenges proactively.
  13. Detail-oriented.
  14. Fluent in English.
  15. Italian is nice to have.
