Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Consultant to join our team at Toluna. As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a great client experience by meeting clients' strategic insights needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Partner with clients to establish critical goals, key performance indicators, and success measures while leading the client in achieving their goals.
  • Be an advocate for clients' needs and work on both quantitative and qualitative studies.
  • Be an expert for our clients and responsible for initial end-client training and onboarding on our platform and processes.
  • Proactively contact and train clients on new products/enhancements and train clients/users on custom survey approach.
  • Ongoing account support for end-clients using our platform and adoption and championing of all platform-based solutions.
  • Project Management on our platform, questionnaire optimization/logic review, and routine review of client's programming to ensure best practices are met and implemented.
  • Program surveys or work with Survey Programming team (according to agreed rules) and ensure programming edits are implemented accurately and test link is checked before sending to client.
  • Coordinate overall project activities, update client on progress at regular intervals, and provide regular fieldwork updates to the client.
  • Monitor data quality on projects, perform data quality checks, including regular review and removal of poor quality open-ended responses.
  • Administer/monitor fieldwork either fielded by you or fielded by the Field management team (according to agreed rules) and ensure the accuracy of the final data delivered and the statistical tables produced.
  • Ensure timely communication with sales and client lead is being practiced; attend client calls or face-to-face meetings as required and depending on location.
