About Satispay

This role is a key part of our operations, overseeing all aspects of building, office, and mobility functions. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities, as well as managing vendors and contracts to provide high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee building operations, including space management, maintenance, repairs, renovations, and mobility operations.
  • Ensure safety and compliance by conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
  • Manage vendors and contracts, collaborating with procurement to negotiate agreements and maintain high-quality services.
  • Develop and manage facility and mobility budgets to ensure efficient resource use.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facility and/or mobility management, with a strong understanding of operational efficiency and cost management.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and analyze complex projects.
