About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Communications and Marketing to lead our communications and marketing strategy across all areas of the school. This newly created position will be a member of the Joint Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing and brand strategy to improve the parent experience around communications from and with the school.
  • Lead the Communications and Marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments to create streamlined communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and contribute to the whole school strategic plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in managing brands and developing marketing strategies.
  • Prior experience in a school environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in current marketing trends and social media for professional purposes.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and people management skills.
