Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Carbon Capture Product and Technology Manager to join our team in the CCUS Solution Management department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting the following activities:

CCUS Technology Management

  • Assess post-combustion carbon capture technologies for industrial emitters, with a focus on solvent-based carbon capture technologies.
  • Develop and manage process design packages for proprietary technologies.
  • Manage licensors for third-party technologies implementation in projects.
  • Assess CO2 management technologies, with a focus on CO2 conditioning and liquefaction.
  • Manage vendors and licensors for CO2 conditioning and liquefaction.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Innovation function to evaluate new technologies and define R&D programs.
  • Manage performance guarantees.
  • Support tendering activities.
  • Contribute to contract negotiations.

CCUS Product Management

  • Lead the industrialization of technologies for modular product development.
  • Manage interfaces with main stakeholders for industrialization projects and program development.
  • Optimize product costs.
  • Minimize energy consumption through optimization of product integration into site-specific contexts, with a focus on waste-heat recovery.
  • Provide technical support to sales and early engagement.
  • Manage client relationships during project lifecycles, with a focus on early phases.
  • Manage industrial partners.
  • Support tendering activities.
  • Analyze CCUS markets and carbon policies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the field.
  • Technical skills in gas processing, process simulation, and interface management.
  • IT skills in Microsoft Office and simulation programs.
  • Soft skills in motivation, flexibility, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
