Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fertiliser Trader to join our commercial team at Redstone Commodity Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading, sales, or a related field within the agricultural or fertiliser industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best deals and ensure a reliable supply chain.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, prices, and supply-demand dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored fertiliser solutions.
  • Manage risks, taking long/short positions.

Requirements: Proven experience in trading, sales, or a related role within the agricultural or fertiliser industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

This is a remote opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
