About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Thales Alenia Space. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components for our space-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools.
  • Analyse and simulate mechanical systems to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other systems and components.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support design and development activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in mechanical design and engineering.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other mechanical design tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
