About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our Global Innovation Development & Design Team based in Alba, Italy. This role will involve designing special equipment and machinery, from analysis to installation phases in our plants.

As a Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for coordinating external studies, preparing detailed technical project preparation, and promoting innovative solutions to meet project specifications.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal departments and external suppliers, to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing special equipment and machinery
  • Coordinating external studies
  • Preparing detailed technical project preparation
  • Promoting innovative solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders

Requirements include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, 1-3 years of experience in machinery design, and proficiency in CAD software (2D, 3D, Autodesk Inventor).

Strong technical knowledge in mechanical design and engineering principles is essential, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Availability for international mobility and willingness to be at the forefront of innovation are also required.
