We are seeking a skilled Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities in Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi (AV) and Balvano (PZ). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of resources, maintaining compliance with regulations, and promoting a culture of sustainability.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a maintenance plan to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities.
- Supervise the allocation and use of space and resources to maximize efficiency.
- Manage the collection and maintenance of documents related to our assets.
- Coordinate with external providers and internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, Resident Manager, and Local Controlling to support investment planning and budgeting.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in Civil/Environment Engineering or a similar field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in facility management or civil engineering. Strong project management skills, a customer-focused approach, and fluency in both English and Italian are essential.
