Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our European region. As a senior CX leader, you will be responsible for setting and implementing the CX strategy across the region, focusing on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CX strategy for the European region, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of CX professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple markets and channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CX initiatives and projects.
  • Measure and report on CX key performance indicators (KPIs), including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country leaders, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CX, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior CX leader in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of CX strategy, transformation, and change management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and nuances.
