About Quick Algorithm Analytics

We are a rapidly expanding startup in the field of analytics, seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial and accounting activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's financial and accounting documentation, including invoices, periodic accounting compliance, and reporting to banks and investors.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Manage periodic accounting compliance and reporting, registration on supplier portals, and management of relations with customer administration.
  • Payroll and Employment: Collaborate with the labor consultant and payroll management company for payroll checking and management, and support in managing employment contracts, deadlines, and compliance.
  • Inventory and Logistics: Assist in the management and periodic reporting of inventory, and manage orders, customs clearance, and deliveries.
  • Office Management: Support in general office management tasks, including organizing meetings and daily organizational tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Accounting or a student/graduate in Administration, Finance, and Control.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.
  • Personality: Positive, adaptable, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team.
What We Offer
  • Contract Type: Part-time.
  • Compensation: To be determined based on experience.
  • Location: Milan, Italy, hybrid mode (Remote/Office).
