About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Mama Shelter. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and stimulating environment for your team, focused on collaborative work.

You will be the co-leader of a team of around a hundred people, whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional Mama experience through a welcoming, quirky, and friendly atmosphere that you establish.

You will also develop special relationships with local clients and businesses, delivering the Mama experience there as well.

While maintaining high standards and norms in food, service, health, and safety, you will ensure Mama's profitability through revenue generation and cost control.

Behind the scenes, you will assist the General Manager in analyzing sales figures and controlling expenses.

With confirmed experience in hotel operations, you will act as a conductor, knowing the score and melody perfectly to ensure there are no wrong notes on the ground, providing an unforgettable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of at least 100 people
  • Develop special relationships with local clients and businesses
  • Ensure Mama's profitability through revenue generation and cost control
  • Assist the General Manager in analyzing sales figures and controlling expenses

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a team of at least 100 people
  • Ability to adapt to any challenge, remaining calm in a quirky environment with a high customer flow
  • Flexibility in your schedule
  • Experience in hotel operations, particularly in Food & Beverage (F&B)
