Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Host in Pistoia, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our families. This includes:

• Responding promptly to community requests via our ticketing tool
• Ensuring a smooth handover during turnover weeks
• Developing relationships with families and understanding their needs and interests
• Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Assisting new families in integrating into the community
• Communicating upcoming activities to maximize participation
• Managing content for our internal UGC channel
• Building the brand in social networks
• Ensuring seamless information flow within the team
• Coordinating with the onboarding team for a smooth handover
• Participating in pre-arrival webinars and orientation sessions
• Booking services upon family requests
• Partnering with a photographer/videographer to capture moments for social media

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a background in Customer Service & Operations, fluent in English and Italian. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
