About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our Global Delivery team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. As an Associate Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in providing post-sales technical delivery capability to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other support functions to drive Hitachi Vantara product and services revenues while maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the design, configuration, implementation, and documentation of HV solutions for a wide range of customers.
  • Deliver handover information to integration and support staff.
  • Maintain a can-do attitude, earn a reputation of trust, integrity, and high performance.
Requirements
  • Two-to-four years of technical background with data storage technologies or associated technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within a project from inception through delivery and completion.
  • Strong analytical skills, inquisitive and methodical.
  • Keen to learn and develop.
  • Equally capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel.
