Job Title: Supply Chain Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Content Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our marketing team's content strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a content calendar, creating a writing process and delivery strategy, managing contract writers, contributing to social media posts, and writing engaging content that drives traffic and engages our prospects, customers, and website visitors.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Craft well-researched content, including white papers, blog posts, website copy, eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed to drive traffic, engage, and convert target customers.
  2. Improve shared content across digital channels.
  3. Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company's tone and mission, writing clean, concise, well-polished copy and editing and providing copywriting oversight to the rest of the marketing team.
  4. Continuously measure and improve content performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media, and other analytics tools.
  5. Build and maintain an editorial calendar and written guidelines.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar.
  7. Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product's core benefits properly and consistently.
  8. Interact with external collaborators, content specialists, graphic designers, and internal team members to create and review all content and ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, editing, and copywriting skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing within a B2B software company, with experience in the supply chain industry as a notable plus.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing strategies and channels, with an editorial mindset.
  • Knowledge of Adobe products, WordPress, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High Working Proficiency/Native level of English is a must; other European languages a plus (i.e., Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, etc.).
  • Willing to travel 10% of the time.
  • Experience with Media and PR agencies.
  • Brand management experience a plus.
  • Creative and organized thinker, self-starter, motivated, and highly flexible.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment with shifting priorities.
