Job Purpose
MSC Cruises is undergoing a significant digital transformation, and our IT department is at the forefront of this change. We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects in our HQ datacenters.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead infrastructure professionals in the planning and execution of datacenter projects;
- Help the unit in adopting the right datacenter solution(s);
- Work with cross-functions teams to align datacenter infrastructure with organizational goals;
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members;
- Manage the life cycle of datacenter components: introduce, deploy, maintain, and retire;
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all datacenter components in scope;
- Oversee deployment of hardware in datacenters;
- Participate in capacity planning and resource forecasting for datacenter expansions;
- Define key performance indicators for datacenter components & ensure SLAs are met;
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the reliability and performance of datacenter infrastructure;
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement of datacenter hardware, software, and services;
- Follow internal process and manage budget and contracts for all datacenter components;
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for datacenter configurations, procedures, and policies.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English, oral and written. Any other language is an advantage;
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer science, engineering or equivalent;
- Must have at least 8+ years of total experience of which 3+ years as an Infrastructure lead;
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and to deliver with stretched deadlines;
- Have good communication skills to align the stakeholders.

Hands-On Experience
- Planning, designing, and implementing datacenter infrastructure;
- Deployment and management of server hardware, storage, and backup solutions;
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare);
- Implementation of automation tools and scripts to streamline infrastructure tasks;
- Leading and managing infrastructure projects from initiation to completion;

VISA REQUIREMENTS
Right to work in Italy.
