At Kubota, we are committed to supporting the prosperous life of humans while protecting the environment of this beautiful earth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our after-sales service strategy in Southern Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stimulate the dealer network to understand, adopt, and realize Kubota's strategies for after-sales service.
  • Handle technical inquiries and support Italian dealers' service staff on Construction Machinery product range.
  • Act as an interface between dealers and factories.
  • Visit assigned dealers on a regular basis to share skills and support local service staff, if necessary, directly on the field.
  • Collect problem reports related to our products and prepare relevant statistics to share internally and submit to factories to improve Kubota's products quality and reliability.
  • Exchange daily with other service members, sharing abilities and field experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Electric and Hydraulic; preferred experience related to earth-moving machinery.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in dealer support/management.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office package.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Teamwork attitude.
  • Ability to share knowledge and skills; previous experience in conducting trainings would be an asset.
  • Willingness to travel (Italy and Europe), even for longer periods of time.
