Key Responsibilities:
- Stimulate the dealer network to understand, adopt, and realize Kubota's strategies for after-sales service.
- Handle technical inquiries and support Italian dealers' service staff on Construction Machinery product range.
- Act as an interface between dealers and factories.
- Visit assigned dealers on a regular basis to share skills and support local service staff, if necessary, directly on the field.
- Collect problem reports related to our products and prepare relevant statistics to share internally and submit to factories to improve Kubota's products quality and reliability.
- Exchange daily with other service members, sharing abilities and field experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Electric and Hydraulic; preferred experience related to earth-moving machinery.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in dealer support/management.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Proficiency with MS Office package.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Teamwork attitude.
- Ability to share knowledge and skills; previous experience in conducting trainings would be an asset.
- Willingness to travel (Italy and Europe), even for longer periods of time.
