The Motors of Growth Manager Italy is a key position within our company, responsible for driving the growth of the Motel One and The Cloud One Hotel brands in Italy.
This role involves identifying new projects and opportunities in the Italian property market, as well as engaging with property owners, developers, investors, and consultants to establish a strong network of business partners and property experts.
As a Motors of Growth Manager Italy, you will be responsible for analysing, negotiating, and acquiring new developments, as well as representing the company externally as our brand ambassador.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Italian property market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to win over decision-makers to secure and deliver new projects.
We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and proactive individual who is eager to drive the growth of our brands and has a can-do attitude.
Qualifications- Relevant experience in the Italian property market, e.g. as a developer, consultant/broker, or with a hotel group.
- A personal network of contacts in the property sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to win over decision-makers.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to drive growth.
- Based in Milan, with a strong understanding of the Italian property market.
