We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales Italy to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals. As Vice President of Sales Italy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and grow ADP's business in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and grow ADP's business in Italy.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their continued professional growth and development.
  3. Work closely with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of sales.
  4. Deliver monthly reporting following the designated format established by the Divisional Vice President of Sales, as well as establish an accurate forecasting for current month, Q and rest of year.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales experience, specifically working with large, multi-national organizations.
  • Substantial senior sales management experience leading a team or teams of front-line leaders, with a proven ability to manage a large sales team.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Currently based in Italy with full right to work, and driving licence.
