Vice President of Sales Italy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales Italy to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals. As Vice President of Sales Italy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and grow ADP's business in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and grow ADP's business in Italy.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their continued professional growth and development.
- Work closely with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of sales.
- Deliver monthly reporting following the designated format established by the Divisional Vice President of Sales, as well as establish an accurate forecasting for current month, Q and rest of year.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales experience, specifically working with large, multi-national organizations.
- Substantial senior sales management experience leading a team or teams of front-line leaders, with a proven ability to manage a large sales team.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
- Currently based in Italy with full right to work, and driving licence.
