About the Role:

The Vice President of Sales Italy will lead the sales team in Italy, providing strategic direction and leadership to achieve sales goals. This role requires excellence and professionalism from the team, with a focus on integrity and results-driven performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Growth: Collaborate with the team to achieve or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota, driving Breadth of Participation across leaders and Sales Associates.
  • Develop Talent: Coach, counsel, and direct direct reports to ensure professional growth and development, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Improvement: Deliver monthly reporting following the designated format, driving data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of sales experience, specifically working with large, multi-national organizations.
  • Senior Sales Management: Substantial senior sales management experience leading a team or teams of front-line leaders.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Location: Currently based in Italy with full right to work and a valid driving license.
