Senior Sales Manager

IC Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new and existing business across the country, as well as leading a small team of sales professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the electronics industry. A Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field is required. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead by example and manage a team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in Italy
- Leading a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
